good size room punctual shuttle kind staff clean room

i found the room to be a good size. the shuttle to the airport was reserved and punctual. the staff was very nice and kind (especially at the front desk). the room was super clean and cozy.

the gym was okay, but some equipment needed maintenance.

a decent stay

clean room yoga mat useful amenities warm comforter room temperature middle of the night

the room was very clean. i found a yoga mat, a fridge, and a kettle, all useful amenities. there were also slippers, something i always appreciate when traveling.

the comforter on the bed was much too warm. the room temperature made it uncomfortable. i ended up waking up wet from sweat.

broken climate control freeway noise

the shuttle service ran on time! it was quite handy.

the room's climate control was a joke. it only blasted heat! i called the front desk, and they said the a/c was "changing out". whatever that even means. they suggested i open the window. seriously? all night i got to enjoy the lovely sounds of the freeway.
